Had to try this it always looks amazing on the socials, turns out it’s the same recipe and cook as the old Brownies which closed down.
Plenty of sauce so don’t bother getting extra. The sauce is pretty good def seems like a traditional homemade Italian sauce that’s thicker. Crust is really thick soft and fluffy which is maybe intentional although you might think undercooked. The cheese is the star you get that old forge style blend.
Out of towners staying at the hotel can get a good intro to what old forge pizza is all about but temper expectations.
