Don’t fall for the hype. It’s a London staple but it doesn’t compare to other less established places. It’s a big neopolitan- limited cheese, super doughy and the sauce is chunky. The sauce is probably the best thing about the pizza here, it tastes great, but it’s just big neopolitan. It also feels like their quality has dropped over the years- I can remember the same spot tasting so much better in years gone.

This was a good pizza, crispy undercarriage, great sauce and freakin huge!

Good pizza but not good enough to be near the 8s

Extremely floppy and a little too much chew to the crust. Super thin…20 inch looked big but honestly perfect for 2-3 people. Unique and delicious toppings with a solid sauce but needs a little more cheese overall.

First London slice. Second Dave-rated review. Great slice honestly. Server said the “Tottenham Effect” had actually slowed business. Even with no trophies, this place deserves more recognition. Nice crisp. Tastes fresh. Loved it

i’ve been to new york, chicago, and italy. i know what i know. this clearly breaks the 8 barrier (i.e. you would travel to eat) despite an obvious pitfall. but first to the good stuff: the sauce is rich with basil. the pie has the new york flop but still retains real crispness. the cheese is tasty (although they could have gone 20-25% more cheese), paper thin just how i like it. the crust was thick and doughy and is the only strike against the pizza. for me this could have crept into the high eights had they got the crust right. i add salt and red pepper flakes which i believe dave allows.

Not bad, crust a bit chewy tho. Taste good but we need a crispy crust.

solid margherita pizza. Very flimsy and very saucy. Crust was pretty good and cheese was decent. I haven’t had very good pizza here and this has been one of the better slices. Overall, solid za.

Lots of flop. Sauce has a nice tang. Overall good slice.
