I expected thinner and crispier with coal fired. Four cheese blend is really good but too much of it, medium flop, a little grease, decent char on the crust, light undercarriage.

Very good pizza. Sauce better than average, cheese was a little light to my taste. I'm not a big edge crust guy, but I enjoyed this one. Almost worked as a crunchy breadstick.
