I randomly stopped at this place and was pleased to discover a half decent lunch special: two slices for $7. It’s not quite as good as nearby Pizza Jerk’s two slices and a drink for $7 but still a solid value. I got the regular cheese for review purposes and some square concoction that the cashier recommended. I had high hopes at first as the pizza interior crust of the pizza has a great crunch and crispness to it. My hopes were soon dashed, though, as I soon discovered the crunchiness was the best thing about the entire slice. The sauce was bland and had no real taste which i guess is better than being foul tasting but a little more effort with the sauce would have been appreciated. The cheese was minimal and again pretty flavorless and finally the exterior crust did not exhibit the same level of crunch as the interior. Long story short it was all downhill after those first few crunchy bites. I wouldn’t recommend or return here again.
