Houston Pizza

Heard so much about this place and was excited to try it. Went with pepperoni, and extra cheese. The pepperoni tasted like the sandwich meat you would get at a grocery store, very plain. Is there a pizza sauce embargo going on that I don’t know a about? Very little sauce to be found. Cheese was greasy. Dough was not properly cooked. I think folks get enamoured with the amount of toppings, it distracts them from the fact the pizza is sub-par.

The toppings are real but not too flavourful. The pizza was greasy, the cheese was too shiny becayse of the grease. The bread is ok, a bit doughy. The sauce is almost non-existant, I actually forgot to mention avout that hahaha 6.1 minus .5 due to the absurd amount of grease. And I thought I would have given a bias 8 point something because of the memories. I guess not.

One Bite.. everyone knows the Rules! The sauce is good but it’s definitely greasy. They cut the slices different so you can’t test the flop but if it was triangles I’d say there would be some big flop!
