Hugo's Wood-Fired Kitchen

Vodka/cheese plus pepperoni. Also had the Fig and honey. Great wood fired crust. The cupped pepperoni was a welcomed sight and great taste. Some flop but overall a really great pie. The Fig and Honey was a very good tasting combo. Highly recommended!

Margherita and Proscuto Burrata were excellent. I prefer a little thinner and crispy, but it was great.
