Il Torrente's Pizza

Ordered three plain slices. They came out burn my face off hot. I didn’t let the slices steam up in the box - but the flop was major league no bueno (90 degree droop). The cornicione (outer crust)was crunchy and flavorful. I thought there was way too much cheese which also made the pie super oily and probably caused all the flop.
