Has a spongy cheese taste that leaves you endlessly chewing. Sauce game is their best part. Side note: never good when the pizzeria has it’s name on the box.

Ordered three plain slices. They came out burn my face off hot. I didn’t let the slices steam up in the box - but the flop was major league no bueno (90 degree droop). The cornicione (outer crust)was crunchy and flavorful. I thought there was way too much cheese which also made the pie super oily and probably caused all the flop.

Back for a second time and much better. Still tangy, heavy on the cheese which I like. Sauce is good.
