This is considered one of the prime eating spots in Buellton, and probably all of the Santa Ynez Valley. There’s not much around the brewery I work at, but this is a comfortable 5 minutes walk away. I had to try their wood-fire grill pizza. Waited about 25 minutes for this pizza, it’s always quite busy in here. Pizza is good, the crust is perfectly crisp and the cheese is perfectly melted. Flavor is great, a little weak on the sauce in my opinion but that’s not a bad thing. Is it worth the 25 minute wait? For pizza probably not, so you might as well order whatever else they have here. Which is fish, or bougie small dishes. The food is good and they have a pretty abundant artisanal pizza menu that looks quite incredible. I stuck with cheese for the sake of reviewing, but I’d come back any day to go down the menu slice by slice. 7.4 Frankie.
