Easy 7.4 Neapolitan. A little burnt and bitter tasting on the edges, but light and airy crust. Good structure with nice leoparding on the undercarriage. Otherwise, exactly what you’d expect from a newer Neapolitan pizza joint with a large, high quality oven. Pricey, not spectacular, but solid tasting pizza. The restaurant is in a nice location on a small town “Main Street”. Would certainly comeback here.
The real star of the show is the fried pizza Montanara. Tastes like a doughnut pizza. Absolutely delicious, seed oils be damned. Make sure you try it.
