Not your traditional pizza, the char is nice but no crisp. Tried to call but no answer, in fairness they were super busy

Best in Charlotte by far! Zesty flavorful sauce. Incredible char on the crust. Light with little to no grease. They urge you not to cut it until you are going to eat it. Listen to them.

Margherita + Pepperoni

6’s are good... 7’s are really good to great...8’s are great enough to travel 30-40 minutes for.... I’d travel for this one easy. A little bit too much flop. Other than that. It was a phenomenal pizza. It’s a Neapolitan style pizza joint which I don’t love. So this being so good shocked me. Flavor was so classic yet unique at the same time. Crust was near perfection. Can’t wait to visit again.

Very good crust!!! My daughter gave it 8.5. I gave 7.8 so we met in the middle! Sauce is good! Solid pizza.

It is Neapolitan so technically I should stay around a 6.8, but the ingredients they add are interesting and really make it a different Neapolitan. 7.8. Fair score.

High quality ingredients with a good sauce and hit of garlic. A little pricy but worth it. Not your average 6.8 Dave Neopolitan score. Definitely belongs in the 8’s.

Got the raffaele. Not as good as Capishe’s San Lorenzo. Tried my friends margherita with pep. Much better than the raf. Good but a little pricey. Try the cannolis to die for
