Stopped at Inizio Pizza in Fort Mill, South Carolina, and was met with the best pizza I have ever tasted in the United States. We tasted the Vodka Pesto and were anything but disappointed. First off, this joint uses wood pizza ovens, cooking pizza at temperatures of 900 degrees Fahrenheit. On the first bite, I knew this was the best pizza I’ve ever had in the United States. You see, I’m a thin crust, with lots of flop type of guy. The crust was thin and floppy in all the right places. The sauce was delicious, and the pesto spread tastefully across the pie. If ever in the Charlotte area, do yourself a favor and check this place out.
