This is classic Greek pizza done to perfection. The crust is the signature part of this pie - it’s medium thick and cooked perfectly. Crispy, flaky, buttery and chewy, you’re going to want to eat the bones, all of them. Cheese blend hits the spot, melty and good flavour. Sauce is in the background a bit, not too forward but no weird flavours or spices either, it goes nicely with everything else. This is one of those rare places where I could eat a whole large cheese by myself, and that’s a pretty good measure by my standards. I think the only shop I’ve reviewed with a higher score is Pino’s in Brighton, so that’s pretty good company. If you’re on the North Shore and love good pizza, this place should be on your short list.
