Wow what a surprise! This was a dynamite slice of pizza. First, the ingredients, they were high quality as it was super fresh tasting, next the preparation, perfectly thin with perfect undercarriage, great crust, perfect balance of sauce and cheese. And the flavor profile was spot on. Not a lot of 8s on Long Island, but this is certainly deserving of one. Easily in the top of tier of LI.
