After I knocked back the entire pie, I gotta say this pizza really grew on me. I’d bump the score up if I could do a re-do, but it is what it is with the score I gave. The crust was phenomenal, I guess due to the four different types of flour they use. The texture kind of reminded me of a toasted English Muffin (not a diss). Needed a little more sauce but decent cheese and flavor. I liked it and i would like to go back and try a different pie next time.
