The brazilian pizzas, especially the paulista is a regular that my husband and I order. The 8.1 is for that pizza in comparison to the other local brazilian style pizzas. Only downside is because it's so loaded up with toppings, it's very floppy and can be doughy. Their cheese is a standard rookie score of 7 for new england style, it's classic. Their Hawaiian as well. Good local place.
