Thick and doughy. I’m looking for some nice crisp personally, so it’s not really for me.
It’ll fill you up. The seasoning is good. $22 for 18”, not terrible.
If it was cooked better and had thinner crust I’d be happier. But as my girlfriend put it, it’s simply “pizza bread.”
