Jersey Pizza Boys

This was deceptively light and crispy. The flavors were great. The pie looked exactly like the one Dave showed in his review. It is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I tried plain, and also with meatball on it. Both Spectacular!!!

Sauce was great, cheese was perfect and good crisp.

Crust is different. Good sauce not bad but not the best either.

The right amount of crisp and crunch but not overdone at all. Sauce to cheese ratio was almost perfect would like a bit more sauce. Sauce overall had good flavor. Cheese had great flavor.

Just OK. Sauce was fine but not sure if homemade. Giant cans on table a giveaway. Too much cheese and dough tastes artificial - both crispy and dense.

Cheesy, yet holds up its shape. Great pepperonis that crisp slightly. Crust is incredible best part about about the slice

I don’t understand the 8’s here. Looks can be deceiving, it looks right, but when you bite - the dough is pre-made and not fresh - leaves a bit of an aftertaste with every bite. Too much cheese and too greasy - ton of oil dripping into the plate. Sauce was the best part. Skip this place please. Gave me bowling alley pizza vibes. Felt like manufactured pizza.

My mind was in a pretzel trying to score this slice. Maybe I made a mistake going for the square pie. Majority of the reviews went that way and gave a higher score. But 7.4 is the score. Good slice can’t knock it

Best Detroit style yet!!! I wish I got a better pic of the crust but my god does this pizza excel in every aspect! The crust is perfectly caramelized to the edges and the undercarriage has great initial crisp but how fluffy and pillowy it is on the inside is on another planet with a buttery flavor that in itself is worth trying for. The cheese is gooey stretchy and melds atop the amazing dough and is covered by a zesty rich sauce topped with shaved grated cheese that could’ve been reggiano, not sure but wow. And as I get more into the toppings game that really being out the flavor in this style it was the cup and char with a drizzle of hot honey that put the flavor contrast over the top for me and I proceeded to murder the entire pie in minutes. I can’t stress enough how incredible this pizza is, this is absolute must try even if Detroit style isn’t your thing!!!
