It has potential. Good crisp crust and dough is flavorful. However, it's very thick. So much that the middle of the pie was raw. Sauce was a little on the sweet side with a bit of tang. I liked it. Heavy cheese. Lots of grease. If the pie was half the thickness, less sauce/cheese, I think it would be in the high 7's and probably be the best in Redlands.
