One bite, everybody knows the rules - Jersey’s Pizza in Redlands, California on the corner of Redlands Boulevard and Orange Street. It’s got a little bit of a Redlands flop, but that’s just because it’s a heavy slice. I ordered the Margherita thinking it would be their cheese - and I was wrong. This isn’t some football pizza, this thing is gourmet. Fresh mozzarella on top of a sweet, zesty, tangy sauce - then topped with fresh basil, feta, and stewed tomatoes. To make the review official - I scraped all the extra toppings off of a slice. The pizza tastes fresh, the crust is crispy on the outside with a thin doughy layer - it’s just a delicious pizza. A good all around slice. Easily an 8.4.
