Tried cheese in both Detroit style and thin crust.
Sadly, the sauce and cheese were bland.
Detroit style had a nice crust texture, so it gets 6.7.
Thin crust was not crispy, and bland, so 5.5
Place was busy and the Staff was super nice and you could tell they were trying to make good pie.
Maybe I got an under-seasoned batch or sauce and cheese?
