Plain Cheese. Pic was after I coated it with red peppers and parmesan cheese. Great crisp. Tasty sauce. Just a little bit of flop at the very tip but it was fantastic! Great little place! Definitely should stop for the pizza but everything on the menu is fresh and looks amazing. One bite everyone knows the rules!
