Joe De's Brick Oven Pizza

I got two pizzas one a deluxe which is my go to and a New Haven with pepperoni. The New Haven was nothing special and the grease from the pepperoni was not appealing. 6.7 at best but the deluxe was really good a 8.2 and between them and Athena’s they have the best deluxe pizza I’ve had so far in Cleveland.

Prob the best pizza I’ve had only got the 8 slice I recommend the larger one I ate the entire pie within 10 minutes while I was driving. Definitely going back!

I found Joe De’s Brick Oven Pizza through the One Bite app and when I saw the community gave it a 9.0 I figured this was the classic case of people from Ohio being a little too proud, but I was way off. The New Haven pizza was incredible and could’ve competed against most places over there even if it wasn’t in Cleveland. The owner and staff a great people too and worth supporting them when nice people like that make incredible food.

This pizza is insanely tasty. Seriously great knock your socks off pizza. New Haven style is the way to go. Perfect char and crunch. Please check them out. !

This was my first time having new haven style pizza and it was fantastic! Great crunch, perfect char on the crust and all fresh imported ingredients! Staff was incredibly friendly and they also make their ranch in house! Will definitely be going here from now on!

I went to this place to see if it lived up to the hype. It did. If you like New Haven pie, you’ll for sure like this. I’ve had Sally’s, Pepe’s and other 9’s in that area. This is not a New Haven 9. Probably a 7. My guess for Dave would be 7.2-7.7. Too much flop. I ate mine 2 minutes out of the oven. So, it wasn’t sitting in the steamy box to make it flop. Nevertheless, this pie is solidly in the 7’s, which is really good pizza. If you’re in Cleveland, this is a must try.

absolutely, positively, 100% the best pizza within 100 miles of Cleveland.

Amazing pizza and ownership. They take care of us everytime we stop in

The pie was amazing great crisp and sauce with a sweet bite would highly recommend… perfect stop near Cleveland airport!

Found Joe De’s on social media. Like others, I was drawn to their place for the New Haven style pizza. I’ll have to admit, this was the first time I tried something advertised as this style, but I was not disappointed. The pizza was absolutely great. Well done, the perfect amount of char, not greasy and you could taste the quality of the ingredients. They didn’t skimp on the garlic, which I love. When picking up the pizza, the place was very clean and I was greeted immediately by friendly staff. I mentioned that we were going to eat in the car and was offered plates and napkins to accommodate. They were floored that I drove about 40 mins to give them a try and their appreciation was definitely felt. Their pride in their product, and the quality of the pizza, will not make me hesitate to make the drive again. Looking forward to trying more of the menu and keep up the great work!

Alright..if I had to describe this place it would be this: it's like going to Cedar Point and going on the Top Thrill Dragster the first ride of the park and the rest of the rides are eh. This place takes the pie... Got the New Haven (pictured)..the crunch, the flavor is amazing. Cooked in a true brick oven. Not to mention the staff..outstanding and super nice. They definitely take pride in their business and the product shows. Already had it 3 times in a week and I have not ever done that with another pizza joint. Dave needs to have this on his radar the next time he's in Cleveland it is a MUST

JUST GOT THE NEW HAVEN AND DAMN ITS SO GOOD DAVE NEEDS TO COME CHECK OUT THIS PIE Joe Des brick oven owns up to its reputation

First time going to Jo De’s and it did not disappoint. Great family, story, real deal brick oven and very solid New Haven pizza—extremely crushable with great char. As a WNYer, the wings are non-traditional and good, but I can help them with those. Dave P should stop in on his next trip to CLE. Stop hanging in 2nd tier OH cities!!

Top of the food chain pizza! Crispy, no flop. Bubble trouble. You name it! Owners love what they do. Worth the drive every time!

Joe De’s New Haven Style Pie stands Toe-To-Toe with the best of New Haven after trying some for myself! Everything you would want in a pizza shop, owner was super kind and so was the rest of the staff. Quick pickup and delicious food. Come try for yourself!
