I ordered a ham and bacon pizza with extra cheese, food was ready quickly and customer service was good. Once I got the pie, it was nice and hot. Sauce is nothing to complain about, I’ll say it’s your average pizza sauce. Good but nothing special in terms of the sauce. The dough was crunchy but not hard to eat, well stretched for the most part. Cheese was nice and hot, I burnt my mouth (in the good way), cheese didnt come off the pie when I tore my slice away, which meant it’s well cut. Bacon and ham were of high quality. My only issue with Joe’s is it’s not always consistent. I’ll say 75-80% of the time you order it’s a good pie, but that 20-25% when it’s not, it’s not great. Definitely not the best pizza you’ll ever have, but it’s honestly pretty good. I’d put it in the top tier for local pizzerias in Pembroke.
