Joes Family Pizzeria

I ordered a ham and bacon pizza with extra cheese, food was ready quickly and customer service was good. Once I got the pie, it was nice and hot. Sauce is nothing to complain about, I’ll say it’s your average pizza sauce. Good but nothing special in terms of the sauce. The dough was crunchy but not hard to eat, well stretched for the most part. Cheese was nice and hot, I burnt my mouth (in the good way), cheese didnt come off the pie when I tore my slice away, which meant it’s well cut. Bacon and ham were of high quality. My only issue with Joe’s is it’s not always consistent. I’ll say 75-80% of the time you order it’s a good pie, but that 20-25% when it’s not, it’s not great. Definitely not the best pizza you’ll ever have, but it’s honestly pretty good. I’d put it in the top tier for local pizzerias in Pembroke.

Great customer service from the owner Joe's wife. Dough is has good crisp and chew to it. Pie pictured was modified with less cheese and peps on top of the cheese. They typically put pep on the bottom, and use a lot of cheese. But, they are more than happy to modify your order however you like.
