Finally made the trek up North to Joe's. This is an old school joint that has been around since the 60's. The crust is very thin and crispy with a great flavor. The cheese is average. The sauce is a bit of a thicker sauce with a little kick to it. The sausage was outstanding. Overall a great Chicago style tavern pizza. They also have ice cold cans of RC Cola to wash it all down.

Overall a solid pizza. The sauce had a little tang to it, the sausage had a little heat and overall the pizza had a good balance of ingredients. Loved the old school song out front and the same feel once inside. Would order again if in the area.

Had high expectations for this and it mostly lived up. Crust is among the crispiest for Chicago thin, sauce is solid.

Cool vibe. Lackluster crust, thin but not crispy. Sauce tastes like canned sauce. Dude behind the counter was nice and the vibes were great. Not my type of pizza, but if you like thin crust you might like this!

Trying this on a Saturday night late. I asked well done but probably should have stayed in oven maybe a few minutes longer. Good not great crisp. Good sauce. Ok cheese but a bit greasy. It’s a very good Chicago thin

Low key one of the best thin crust pizzas I’ve had. Sausage pizza was great, but the real sleeper is surprisingly the plain cheese. Flavor is on point

One of the best thin crust joints in the suburbs. Sauce is straight tomato paste like many of the old school tavern joints. Crust is somewhere between a saltine and an Italian breadstick. Good cheese.

Pretty dang good for a cracker thin crust type of pizza. Sauce has some bold flavor, but I wouldn't quite say 'spicy'. Bit greasy but not too bad.

It’s like a pizza on a tortilla. Very thin, flaky crust but cooked phenomenally well. If you don’t like a peppery/spicy pizza this is not for you, but I love it. Tiny place in old strip mall that serves miller Lite draft in a solo cup. Awesome joint, can’t believe I’ve never been here.

Was so looking forward to trying this again after about 8 years of not having it. Definitely not what it was before. I really was expecting to give it one of my highest scores but was just grossed out and so was everyone else who was eating it. If you like a pizza that tastes like it was dipped in grease this is the place for you. Gross now
