Joey's New York Pizza and Italian Restaurant

Good slice ny flop with decent flavor a bit salty and crispy crust. Not blown away but overall solid slice

Second stop today for National pizza day. Here by recommendation, Joey's NY Pizza. 1. Inside looks more like a higher end Restaurant than a pizza place. Took a short while to get my slice, not like some other places that are setup to just through a quick order in to the oven for people walking up to the counter. 2. Definitely NY style, but nothing really blew me away, just on the average side. 3. In the past I've said that a drop of salt could have helped places in the past, today is the first time I am actually saying there was too much salt. Crust could have used a bit more flavor. 4. My rating is 7.2

Update: pizza was cold took almost 2 hours to get delivered. Almost tasted stale Been ordering for over 5 years now but this last time will be it for me. Ordered one large cheese pizza and a salad for delivery was told 45 minutes and we ended up waiting over a hour and 30. I called to ask what happened and expect some service of better explanation and was just given the excuse that it gets busy I understand people are short staffed but we had planned to have dinner before a doctors appointment and had to leave before we even got our pizza. Was a waste of money and pizza still hasn’t arrived as I type this so I can only assume it will be cold. I said to the guy this will be the last time I order as this keeps happening far to often and he said “ ok fine bye” I mean this has gone so far downhill from when I first started going. Not how you run a business at all. I’m tired of rude customer service

Ehhhh not the best but could be worse. No flop one bite everybody knows the rules

Great pie. Solid ingredients and one of the best in the area. Close to the 8’s.
