Review #116 - we had the plain pie, sausage pie, and the cheesesteak. These cheesesteaks are all becoming common place, but are fantastic nonetheless, tender ribeye, nice cooper sharp etc. The pizza, we ordered extra sauce, which really makes it. Sauce was simple but tasty. Crust was very well done, high heat in gas oven, as well cooked as it could be in a gas oven, giving it an almost (almost) coal fired texture. The cheese was heavy, but still delicious, a lot of parm to finish it, but I didn’t mind. Overall just great stuff and super nice people behind the counter.
