Great pizza. Sauce was excellent and very flavorful had a little tang to it. Crust was thick but light. Cheese was great; not overly cheesy and enough to give that great cheese pull. Undercarriage too much flop. Could use more crisp but still over all a good pizza. The service was wonderful. Kind, attentive, funny, and checked in often. With a crispier undercarriage would easily be a 7.2 or higher.
