Came all the way from SC to try this place and it did not disappoint. Very simple ingredients, thin and crispy crust - old school pizzeria feel. Magnificent.

Great sauce, we got the picante and the heat and sweet peppers were excellent. Nice tasting pie - could be even better on a quieter night - the place was RAMMED.

Dont wanna desrespect this it being daves best score of nyc but my pie was a bit sloppy and tasted like the average slice you get in naples

Good but not great.

The sauce had a great taste to it, had a little tang but the undercarriage was not that crispy as Dave said it would be.

Dave was right. Great crisp, light and thin but with a lot of body and flavor. As good as it gets.

Tasty sauce, great cheese and the crust had a nice stretch. Had a bit too much flop. Could have been a high 8 with a little more time in the oven.

I had high hopes with all the hype but I have to be truthful. They must of has a off day when I went. Looking at Dave's review that was 💯 not the pizza we got. I have opened pizza restaurant's I understand dough. My pizza had flop and was not crunchy. With all the high reviews on here I know something was off. I look forward to going back.

Place is great. Plain cheese with pepper can’t miss

It was pretty good. The cheese quality was great. The sauce had a twang, and the crust was good. I wish the bottom had a little crisp to it.

My top pizza. We had this when we were visiting Manhattan to see Billy Joel and this was a must stop. They let us check out the coal fired oven which you could feel the heat from across the restaurant

Excellent! Best of the trip so far.

Crust is perfect. Cheese is good. Sauce is a bit sour. We also got a cherry pepper meatball pie and that was better but the crust couldn't hold the weight of the toppings.

Wished for a LITTLE more cheese. Phenomenal though.

No slices… just pies. Smoky flavor, amazing crust, amazing sauce, my favorite in NY
