Julio's | Wood Fired Pizza & Grill

Yum! Pomodoro & pesto chicken/cheese pie! Also great salad!

Cheese

Delicious sauce, crispy, perfectly baked. Just a great pizza.

My cousin and I for the Margareta and veggie, the margareta was fantastic. Really really good pizza, excellent flavor and crisp. Would definitely go again!

Charred just like NH. Zero flop

Cooked well, sauce could be better, overall would recommend in Southbury

Overall good pizza. It comes together from a lot of angles. Sauce is good, good crisp and a good tang. I would go somewhat out of my way to try it but not too far. That’s a review.

Thin with a sweet sauce and soft crust.

Alright Frankie....so we got there a little late and it sat in the box for a few minutes and they did the right thing...they just gave it to me and didn’t make me wait for a fresh one. You know I hate burning my face off. But I think since it was in the box a lil the criiiiśp went away. Zero flop still, just not as crispy as I like it. Sauce. Great. The cheese, it fucks. Fresh like I can almost taste a lil basil. Great pie but I think if I’m gonna be fair. It’s a 7.9..... not quite in the 8’s. Maybe right out tha oven. That’s a review

This is wood fired pizza at its best. Some of my favorite pizza!

A couple more minutes in the oven and it would have been a 9.0

Good pie, a little unevenly cooked (really well done on one side), but very good taste.
