Not a bad Sicilian Pie. Appreciate the generous amount of sauce, especially because it was quite tasty and peppery. The crust had nice crisp but was a little stale, lacking a buttery or olive oil flavoring to send this pie into the high 7’s. Cheese was heavy on the mutz and maybe a little to clumpy/undercooked for my liking. Still worth a visit with excellent views of the tacoma waterfront. Watch out for Schmoles at this location.
