Katie's Pizza & Pasta – Rock Hill

I ordered a roasted chicken pizza from Katie's. They hold the title for most expensive frozen pizza at Dierberg's, and their restaurant pizza is also pretty expensive at $24 for a medium. I ordered it "extra crispy" and it was the floppiest pizza I ever ordered. This is the main reason for the low score. The goat cheese was very good, but i feel it could have also used mozzarella as well. Not sure about the balsamic dressing either. All the other toppings were great; you can tell while eating the pizza they are high quality ingredients. I would like to try another pizza from here in the future; they have great ingredients, but they need to greatly improve the execution.

Very wet, very doughy, a lot more cheese then sauce

EZZO PEPPERONI - Pizza is a little small for my taste. However, the pizza is packed with flavor.

Great sauce and crust. I could have gone for a bit more cheese/salt. The other pizzas we ordered had more flavor so this just based on the cheese

Floppy mess

Best Neapolitan I have had. Crust is crunchy, sauce taste like it was made 5 seconds ago and the cheese was fresh. Light on the sauce and cheese.

Good pizza. Not what I would I search out if I was in the mood for pizza but a lot better than a lot of the other crap pizza in St Louis. I would rate other pizzas with toppings higher but you gotta play by the rules.

Cured meats

Roasted Chicken Pizza is a must have.
