Well... we were a bit disappointed. We have been to Kelsey’s many times. It is a serviceable place. The greatest place, no, buy consistent and service friendly. Tonight... service was cordial, food... fair. Salads are always good here, dressing is the key, solid. Garlic bread, cold. Minestrone soup, go with the Tuscan Bean next time, and the pizza... look at the photo. Needed 3 more minutes in the oven. Floppy, Juicy (?), it just wasn’t there tonight. El Prez would have been in the 4’s, no doubt. We have history, I’m going 5.5, but Kelsey’s could easily be in the 6’s. Sorry Folks, we’ll be back, hopefully we just caught them on a bad day. That’s the review.
