It would be good for gas station pizza.

Supper doughy. Not sure what’s going on with the square pie but it needs to change. I have had the house pie which was much better (7.1) but this here is a hard pass.

Good looking, light football pizza. Nice crisp on crust, but just a tad chewy elsewhere. Big flop, but still big flavor.
