La Boheme's La Locale pizza is an absolute treat. The star is definitely the heirloom tomatoes—some of the best you’ll ever taste—sweet and bursting with flavor. The burrata cheese is generously globbed right in the middle, which gives it a satisfying, fresh bite. The undercarriage is perfectly cooked, striking that ideal balance of crispness at the crust yet very floppy at the end but not a concern given the slice is so small. While some might call this a bar pizza, it stands out for its freshness and the quality of ingredients although could use just a touch more salt to round out the flavors.
