What a hidden gem. Passed it for years. Pizza from an Italian family made to perfection. Minimal flop, good tasting sauce and evenly distributed cheese on the heavy side. A little more doughy than your traditional slice but a hit nevertheless.

Last time I gave a weighted review but this time I’m not holding anything back. Very good pizza still but certainly not an 8. Sweet sauce and cheese, soft crust. Can’t go wrong.

Firm slice, no droop to it, not a lot of cheese compared to the sauce but the sauce has a taste as if it was put on pasta, starts off good but loses flavor towards the end, still worth a slice or 2

Crispy slice, bland sauce and cheese. Really nothing but mansions in Holmdel so I would say this is the best you are going to get around here.
