What a hidden gem. Passed it for years. Pizza from an Italian family made to perfection. Minimal flop, good tasting sauce and evenly distributed cheese on the heavy side. A little more doughy than your traditional slice but a hit nevertheless.

A piece of bread with some cheese and a little sauce.

Your standard pizza. Nothing special nothing bad. Can’t go wrong with it. Floppy

Firm slice, no droop to it, not a lot of cheese compared to the sauce but the sauce has a taste as if it was put on pasta, starts off good but loses flavor towards the end, still worth a slice or 2

Crispy slice, bland sauce and cheese. Really nothing but mansions in Holmdel so I would say this is the best you are going to get around here.

Decent pizza not the best. But a good slice of near by
