La Strada Pizza and Pasta

Ok. Here we are on a beautiful Tuesday after a good Varsity baseball win. Frankie made a great catch in right to end the game. Pizza looks good. Its good. Zero flop, good crunch, good taste all around.

The sauce was the star of the show with no flop for a big counter slice. The reason for that was that it was too thick. It had moderate crisp with a dry, almost stale taste bc it was too doughy. Cheese was solid but could have used a little more salt. A harder cook might have boosted the score, but when it's that pale, you have to move it down the scale.

Basic football pizza. Was passing through and was recommended La Strada by a local. Was told this was the BEST pizza around. You guys apparently don’t get out much if you think this is good pizza😳
