The sauce was the star of the show with no flop for a big counter slice. The reason for that was that it was too thick. It had moderate crisp with a dry, almost stale taste bc it was too doughy. Cheese was solid but could have used a little more salt. A harder cook might have boosted the score, but when it's that pale, you have to move it down the scale.
