Eye test- neutral Dough- weak link. Truly no taste. Quite soft, like velvet, or rabbit tails Sauce- not enough but enjoyable taste. A hit of sweet and spices Cheese- a hint of funk. Not strong but just enough pizazz to add some nuance. Ratio- not enough sauce Execution - good taste, below average bake. Needs more time cooking Eugene Ormandy said, “We want perfect balance. Being known for strings is not a goal.” Not travel worthy. Previous reviews are over the top lousy. Decent neighborhood joint
