L&B Spumoni Gardens

Now typically I’m a thin brick oven guy but you make exceptions for greatness. Nothing beats a Spumoni square the dough is so light I could bitch 6 slices and play 90 right after. As good as it gets over here… minggggg

Extreme Wolf Brooklyn 🍕 New Year’s Eve 🎈 💥 🎆 Alert Eye test - rock solid Execution- utterly perfect Ratio - for what it is- dead perfect Dough- absolutely delicious. Rarely does dough have a taste, and this is spectacular. Bottom is crispy, middle and top is fluffy. Dough like classy restaurant bread. Sauce - really fresh. No sweetness or profound spice. Just nice fresh tomato taste Cheese - understated. Very nice. As far as the style, as much as I adore tomato pie (which is not pizza), as much as the execution is world class, I can’t get close to 9. That’s just my personal bias. It’s absolutely travel worthy. It’s not just extremely unique, it’s just plain good. “Art is not an end in itself, but the means of addressing humanity.” Mussorgsky would know!!!!!! Mets fans - don’t bother. This place is expensive.

Best square in the country. Don’t sleep on this Masterpiece. Grew up in Brooklyn eating this, I’m 52 yrs old. I still fly in to Brooklyn to Eat it.

Great Sicilian square slice. Very pillowy and saucy. Would eat this all day

DUMBO location

Pretty good pizza. The cheese and sauce were good, it had a nice crisp with no flop, definitely could’ve used something on it but still good. The crust was also really good.

Plain slice was okay! Wouldn’t say come here from a far! Sicilian was about the same! Decent for take out for a game.

Square was amazing 8.3, sauce was 🤌plain slice was a solid 7.3

Normally don’t love sicilian slices but these were awesome. Great slice for a fairly cheap price. Bit of a hike but if you’re in the area definitely worth having

Really good just wish it had more flavor in the sauce. A little too bready for me as well.

Best pizza oat

Good quality cheese and sauce. There is a lot of flop but the taste makes up for it. I would recommend.
