This was as good as the hype. Really good!!!

I have been excited to try Lazzara’s for some time. I finally had the opportunity and I couldn’t be more disappointed. I don’t know what Dave was thinking when he scored it but this was straight out of my high school cafeteria. Floppy, zero crisp, sauce lacked flavor. I enjoyed the old ambiance and the service was good. Maybe one day I will return and see if they were having an off day.

Great little sit down place! Reasonably priced and great service. No fooling with my score!

Delicious sauce, perfect ratio on ingredients, thin crispy crust. This is the Lazzara Special - prosciutto + sun dried tomatoes + black olives.

1st stop on the one bite hit list in the city. Lives up to expectations. Sauce a bit sweet, crunch is amazing, cheese stringy and long. Square pizza but don’t care! Hit the money spot

Excellent Pizza BUT very different. It’s a square thinner crust pizza. The sauce is very unique. It’s very rich but good. I would definitely be back!!

Decent undercarriage, the cheese is great some of the best I’ve had on pizza, but the sauce is what bumps the rating down. Not bad but also not my cup of tea. I personally prefer a pizza with more crust but if this is your preferred style then it is one of the best.

Great pizza, the fact that it isn’t New York styled makes it worse. New York style is always the best.

Pizza was delicious but I’m more used to NYC style pizza so for its style it was mint but definitely prefer a little more like NY Style.

Good crisp. Great cheese. Great sauce. Great crust. Thin, crispy and delicious, can’t stop thinking about it. Sensational.
