7.3 on the Chicago pizza scale. Love the chunky sauce, it’s really what makes the pie. A little heavy for my tastes, I was totally full after 2 slices, but great structure for a Chicago pie. The crust was a little on the hard side, or else I could see it being a 7.5

I got the thin slices. Crust has a really nice flavor to it. A little hard to eat. But overall solid pizza. Will try the deep dish next go around

Cheese Please! Added Ricotta but really one slice is a full meal. I am a big fan of thin and crispy crust but something has to be said about deep dish! I have not been to Chicago so not sure if this holds up to some of the big ones but I liked it!

The dough was ok, a little under done. Cheese could’ve been a little more melted. The sauce was good, heavy oregano, and the meatballs were fantástico !

Been eating here for years, very good deep dish pizza. Sauce is fresh, crust is flaky and has good crisp. Solid pizza.

lil “deep dish”.... more of a new york slice guy... not mad at this tho very filling slice like the sweeter sauce...
