Being from Detroit I have traveled to Chicago many times for some pizza. Peaquods being one of my all time favorite spots. This place misses the mark for me. Sauce was good, a little sweet, good flavor overall but your sauce to cheese ratio is insane. As you can see from my photo the only thing deep dish about this was the side crust, weirdly tall but the pizza itself wasn’t very deep. And that leaves me to the worst part, the undercarriage was rock hard. Just no play in that crust at all. Maybe I just got a bad cook on it, I’ll give them another whirl one day.
