To me this is a late night pizza spot to get after a night of beers. I forgot to ask for the pie to be extra done as flop can be a concern. The wood fire grill does give the dough a nice undercarriage if that’s your thing. I like the wood fire wings here maybe more than the pizza.

In no way a Neapolitan Pizza! It is not Puffy, Crispy or well done like I asked for. I should have read the reviews before we ordered but I was trying to support a local small business. Won’t happen again. I can see why they don’t respond to the reviews!

Good pizza just not my preferred style. If you like traditional Neapolitan that’s chewy this may be for you. Thanks!

Fresh ingredients and wicked good char from the brick oven, but massive flop. They tighten that up and easily in the 8.1 range

Little flop, lots of cheese. Pour your own beer wall is really cool and a good reason to visit.
