Lillo's Tomato Pies

Definitely underwhelmed, best way to put it. I can see how this could be a great pie, and I’m going off the assumption I got a bad one - however I rated it as it deserved. Cheese was fine, nothing special. Sauce was very good, the taste was there. Crust however was where I was disappointed, usually love a good burnt bottom, but not to the point where I need to break it like a cracker. At times it felt as though it was a platter of sauce and cheese sitting on top of a hard burnt cracker. I’ll be back and I think it’s going to be much better, businesses have good and bad days along with good and bad pies. All love to Lilo’s!
