Had to go with the Grandma(Ozone) pie. This was a Sicilian crust, which is about twice as thick as you will find a typical Grandma pie. Flavor was good. The dough had a nice texture and a nice flavor from the fermentation showing hints of sweetness and a touch of fruitiness. The sauce is chunky and mildly sweet with a vibrant freshness. Cheese is of good quality with a fresh creaminess and mild brine.
