Averaging a 6.9 and advertising as New York pizza, at $2.75 a slice let’s break this down.
The dough. Super light and crispy with just a small amount of char. It’s as fresh and light as you can get.
The sauce, lackluster. Keeping the pizza light by not putting too much sauce, safe move but here it’s not enough. What I can taste is a heavy hand of parsley but that’s really trying hard to analyze this sauce.
The cheese, flavorless, pre shredded, and not melted enough. They DID re deck the slice but not long enough to make it hot.
The dough is awesome but the sauce and cheese are holding back an easy 8 plus score.
