Love this pizza…easily my favorite. Think El Presidente’s score was bc he and the owner got into it…definitely deserves a redo.

Got three slices here; Pesto Sausage: 7:7 The L’Iundustrie:7:8 The New Torker:8.5 The dough and the cook are perfect; high quality pizza Varys by flavors but all very much a hit.

Got a pepperoni slice and their flagship burrata slice. Zero flop on these, great sauce and cheese. Awesome vibes too

Solid texture but lacked a bit in the favor department. Vibes of the place were great though.

The burrata slice is one of a kind. Hot slice with chilled fresh burrata. Fantastic crust Great taste Very balanced Top five I’m NYC

Fantastic slice. Crispy, no flop, tangy sauce.

Big let down. Not sure what the hype is for. Structure was great, zero flop. But the dough was dry and flavorless. Sauce was too sweet, and not enough cheese. And the cheese wasn’t even fully melted. Did not taste like high quality ingredients. It’s fine, but not worth waiting for.

Incredible slice; maybe the best I’ve had. Masterclass in burrata and salami pies. Extra chili was nice, but the pizza shined enough on its own without it. (West Village location; it’s not letting me rate it directly on here for some reason)

solid 8 but needs some work. the dough has a sourdough taste which is gas. the char on the crust is to perfection, if the undercarriage matched the char and crisp score would be higher, but it lacks the satisfying crunch of the crust. sauce hit but uneven distribution and lack there of leaves you searching for a slice with a better balance. few tweaks and this is could be a 9. going back for the pesto slice not the plain

This pizza was underrated by Portnoy. It is of the best slices anywhere.

Solid but overrated and not worth the wait at all

On 9/3/24 I had 2 Burrata Slices from L'industrie Pizza WEST VILLAGE location on 104 Christopher Street New York, NY 10014

The burata and hot honey combo is peak. The sauce here is bussin bussin. Worth it.

Fantastic pizza just overhyped. Wonderful tangy sweet sauce just wish there was more of it. Great taste and char to the crust just wish it was crispier and airier. I will bring visitors here to try but prefer my local shop Mano’s to this especially for the price.

Great high quality slice here. Line was out the door but well worth it. Got the traditional cheese slice topped with fresh basil and Mozzarella. Get here!
